1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mafier Tutorial.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Mafier Tutorial, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the platform.

3. What we offer

• Free account: access to the free lessons, progress tracking and comments.
• Early Access ($10 one-time): lifetime access to every course, including High-Retention 3D Short-Form and every upcoming course and module released after it.
• Individual courses: when a course is sold on its own, a one-time payment gives lifetime access to that course.
• Marketplace products: sold through Gumroad. A one-time payment there gives you the product files and the license in section 7.

Prices may change, but a price change never affects something you have already bought.

4. Payments

Course payments are processed securely by Stripe, and marketplace products are bought on Gumroad, which processes those payments and delivers the files. We never see or store your full card number. All purchases are one-time payments; nothing renews automatically.

5. Refund policy

Refunds are not guaranteed, but may be considered case by case for:

• Unauthorized payments
• Billing errors
• Technical problems that stop you from accessing what you bought

The first course, High-Retention 3D Short-Form, is planned for January 2027, and the rest of the library will follow. If that first course isn't released by the end of January 2027, every Early Access member is entitled to a full refund. Access to a refunded purchase ends when the refund is issued.

6. Video content and restrictions

Course videos are for personal use, and you're free to share them with friends or family. You may not:

• Redistribute, re-upload or post them anywhere publicly
• Copy any course materials

Violations may result in account termination without a refund.

7. 3D asset license

Personal and commercial use: use these assets in your own personal or commercial projects. Reselling or redistributing the files themselves isn't allowed.

When you buy a product from the marketplace, you receive a non-transferable license to use it in your own creative work. You may modify, combine and render it into finished projects, including commercial projects, but you may not resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the source files, or modified versions of the source files.

8. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized use.

9. User-generated content

By posting reviews, ratings, comments or replies (“User Content”), you grant Mafier Tutorial a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, share, reproduce and use that content to operate and promote the platform. You keep ownership of your content.

You agree not to post User Content that is:

• Unlawful, abusive, hateful or discriminatory
• Defamatory or misleading
• Spam, advertising or off-topic
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

We may remove or moderate any User Content at our discretion.

10. Community interaction

Comments, replies and reviews must be used respectfully. Harassment, threats or targeted abuse will result in account suspension or termination.

11. No compensation for reviews

By posting a review or rating, you agree that:

• You are not compensated for the review
• Your review reflects your genuine experience
• We may display your review publicly on the website or in marketing

12. Course progress tracking

We record which lessons you mark as done so you can pick up where you left off. This information is private to your account.

13. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to share your account credentials, download or distribute content without authorization, or use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

14. Limitation of liability

Mafier Tutorial is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

15. Disclaimer

Mafier Tutorial aims to help you grow your social media presence, but we make no guarantees about:

• Your income
• Your view counts
• Your career outcomes

Content creation may not be for everyone. Use the information at your own discretion.

16. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
